Our stringent QC process minimizes the chance of any imperfections of our products and gives our customers the confidence to order again and again, knowing that they will receive a high-quality product and made according to the detailed specification ordered.

Checklist:

Display Innovations will devise an extensive checklist in order to check all the parts of every product including all customized additions to ensure the tests are thorough.

Ageing tests:

After production, all products are powered on for a certain period of time during which they are calibrated for brightness, colours and contrast.

Functionality testing:

After digital display screens are calibrated, they are tested for functionality . This could include testing of sensors, touchscreens, webcams, Operating systems, wifi (if applicable) and would include testing of the accuracy of the display and the response time.

Content:

If the content has been provided then testing is conducted to test the screen’s ability to display high resolution images and video and to handle fast moving content. Without content provided these tests would still be carried out but with generic content.

Quality assurance:

Once the working of the screens has passed the qc process our inspectors will check in detail for any scratches, cracks or blemishes. If any imperfections are found the factory will be required to rectify any issue, however minor it may be. All dimensions of casings and fixing positions would also be checked at this stage.
